The desire to help others began when Frances Pennington was at the age of 13. After high school, she joined the United States Army but always knew she wanted to do something else with her life. A few years later, now a Veteran, Frances used the money from the GI Bill to fulfill her dream of becoming a Registered Nurse. She graduated in 1993 from Sullivan County Community College in Loch Sheldrake, NY as a Registered Nurse. Her first position as an RN was working in an Intensive Care Unit and was privileged to receive cross training in the Emergency Department. Frances spent 23 years working in the Emergency Department bringing her overall experience as a nurse to 29 years. 

Today, Ms. Pennington’s utilizes her expertise as a Vascular Access Nurse, working as a IV Hydration RN in Belmont, NC.  She adores her career as a Registered Nurse and loves to share her passion with those who need training in starting IV, Basic Life Support Education/CPR and helping the unlicensed person to administer medications, also working with IV Hydration facilities with my expert Intravenous Cath Insertion skills.  My passion, as a Registered Nurse  has rubbed off on loved ones, as she has created a legacy as there are two additional nurses in her family. At this point in her career, she wants to share her knowledge with others who share this passion.  Ms Pennington is not only delightful to work with, but is a true professional who has much to offer as a consultant.
